100 days: zombies bedrock

This world I downloaded, 100 days: zombies, from market place has potential however if you break a block it's gone. That would be fine for a challenge however the survival packs open but I get nothing. At least this has been the case for me. xbox 1

    everytime i open the custom chests it goes away and i get nothing

    Same issue. Once I open the chest that are laying around I get nothing but sounds and the only thing that I got was two flares, book, and some armor that was it at the start of the game. Block do disappear when trying to gather wood. I'm surviving by eating raw chicken.

    Same here I wanted to play but Everytime I open or break something there's nothing that pops up. I hear it but nothing. I finally got some chicken but how can I possibly do anything especially survive.
