Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Golden Steak/Enchanted Golden Steak

Golden Steak behave like golden apples but give you more golden hearts and are more rare than golden apples. Enchanted Golden Steak is more rare than Enchanted Golden Apples and give more golden hearts. It should also give the regeneration effect for 30 seconds. There should be a 0.004% chance that a pig or a cow drops a golden steak, but can't drop an enchanted golden steak. It can't be craftable. The enchanted golden steak should be the rarest thing in Minecraft.

    I think this shouldn't be a rare food. We already have super rare food item in the form of Enchanted Golden Apples.
    This should be a craftable food, Cooked Steak surrounded with 7 gold ingots, and a bottle of enchanting.

    The bottle o' enchanting will help differ this from golden apples by giving some XP, as well as complicating the recipe just enough to make it a competitive choice to golden apples, instead of just a straight up upgrade over them.
