tooltip lore that doesnt go off screen

As of now if you have a item with a lot of lore or enchants it might cut off on the screen and maybe with this when you hover over the item it goes up or down depending on how much space it needs or just scrollable tooltips. This would be very useful for servers which add custom items with a lot of lore.

    Yes, it should be made that way. Preferably making it scrollable and also scrollable on touch supported devices.
