The darklands

In the end cities or end islands you could add a new glowing blue mod as strong as a warden and it it has a 2/10 chance of dropping a power orb you need that orb to power a new portal which is on a three by three obsidian area then with end rods around the out line once you ignite it you jump in and your in a dark glowing blue and purple realm (you can choose what it looks like

    In the dark lands there should be mobs stronger then the nether to make it difficult and they drop better items and be harder structure say for example the dungeon in the over world well in the darklands the spawned is like ghast/maybe ghost enderman instead of zombies but the loots has like 3 golden apples and 10 diamonds and a beacon since the dungeon is harder the risk of dieing is bigger and just do that kinda stuff with each structure and put them around like the overworld but maybe less since you gett better stuff from them.
