Removing Elder Guardian animation

I've been hospitalized recently and I've been playing Minecraft to distract myself in the meanwhile. Unfortunately, while doing so I encountered an ocean monument by accident and the Mining Fatigue animation has caused a lot of stress to me, and I've been advised not to play the game further.

For the sake of accessibility for all, do you mind possibly removing this effect, or at least a setting to disable this? Specifically the animation, just applying Mining Fatigue silently is fine. Thank you so much in advance! <3

P.S. Yes, I know I'm a coward for getting scared of a fish slowing coming down my screen. I've heard it once, I've heard it a thousand times.

    this is completely valid and it isn't fair that there's a sudden jump scare in a game like this.
