Spiraling/Twirling Mountains or Peaks

In the Minecraft Cliffs Biome Update Trailer with goats and snower snow, you can see marvelous spiraling stair cases leading up the tips of the peak with clouds twirling around them (watch trailer for more detail). A twirling peak biome of some sort would have the benefit of having the only biome with clouds that don’t follow the cloud line/plane. Clouds in this biome would spiral where ever there is a pointy mountain like the ones I described. This biome would only consist of one singular tall mountain (that, if you want, could reach to build height since no one will really build on TOP of the mountain since there is no room on the singular skinny point at the top, most likely will build along the spirals or side of mountain!) and this biome could be rarer than a stronghold… idk…
