Pointed dripstone should be able to drip potions again

in the 1.17.30 update they took out this feature. I think it was a cool idea and they should add it back in.

    how would this work? it's not like you can have a potion source block above the dripstone as potions aren't fluids...

    Please bring this back!  At least make it an option that can be turned on/off if you have concerns.
