Dungeons Suggestion - Faster weapons should give less radiance health

Ex fighters bindings should heal a very small amount of health because it's emitting the healing circle all the time, while hammers should heal more health to balance it out and make slower weapons a more viable choice

    It is hard to justify slower weapons when fast weapons heal me to full constantly. Slow weapons require two or three items working together to keep me alive which makes for a more interesting build. Fighter's bindings do it on their own. I think alternatively making attack-triggered effects like Thundering, Stun, Radiance, etc. have their chance to trigger scale inversely with weapon speed would have a similar effect. Slower weapons can then trigger more often. I would be happy with either approach.
