Attacking Through Grass And Webs

It would be cool if we could swing through grass with a sword to help kill the millions of chickens plaguing our world. It could also be useful to do this through cobwebs (this could also slow down the attack.) and to fix the conflict between breaking cobwebs and attacking through them with a sword I think we should break cobwebs with a hoe instead giving it more uses. I also believe this should only work with a sword as well giving it more of a reason to use swords and axes helping the player have more choices on what to carry with them
