Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Upside down Beacons

We should be able to place beacons pointing down and with the beacon ore block piramid correctly placed, the beacon would light up. This feature would be very useful to build underground. I ask for this feature because its possible to the beacon beam to past trough bedrock.

    I think it's a good idea but the light will go how far and will the broken blocks be recoverable?
