A potential dimension - the province

With the nether being overhauled and the end eventually getting an update, a new dimension is due, perhaps we'll get an update that features one or more of them, but just one would already be a wonderful inclusion. however, I do have an idea for what the next dimension could be; The province (an area of special knowledge or interest.)

The concept:

Prior to beating the end, a new permanent event will occur: the clutch. this very event involves rifts opening from the end and some other dimension of unknown origin. the player can now find small rifts, which spawn Endermen and "Aberrations" (stubby, black & cyan, one-eyed humanoids with horns). If the player can collect 4 ender pearls and 4 "strange fractals", they can craft them into a "fracturing eye", which converts end portals into portals to the province, a dimension of abnormalities.

The dimension:

The province itself is a dimension that is made up of a surface with layers of caves, with many pitfalls leading to the void and a blue moon that lights up the void itself. this dimension is home to tons of vegetation, such as Cinnamoss (a dark, crimson growth), Echo flowers (pale, vibration sensing flowers.) and Oracle-lilies (a sentient pale flower, which turns hostile if one gets too close), just to name at least around 10%. this dimension is also home to biomes such as the gleamshroom forest, fractured wastelands, and Rimeleaf jungles. this is just a small taste and I'd like to hear your Ideas.
