Add Legacy Flying Controls as an Option

On the Legacy Console editions of Minecraft, the flying controls in Creative Mode functioned differently than how it is currently on Bedrock. Basically how it worked was: when you looked down, you would fly down. Same thing goes for flying up. Myself and many others preferred the way this felt compared to the current controls. We can keep the current controls too. There could simply be a toggle in the controls menu called "Legacy Flying" or something similar. Doing this would please both crowds.
