Cloaks and snow biome damage

In snow biome it seems unlikely that you wouldn't take frost damage when it snows or if its night time So I believe that this should be added to minecraft as it would make snowy biome and the tops of mountains even more dangerous In game to combat this I think a cloak could be added Made from 6 wool and 2 copper nuggets and a rabbit skin ie the wool on the lower 6 spots of the crafting table And the rabbit skin at the top middle with the copper nuggets on either side
