Potion of Levitation/ Shulker Pearls

Have you ever been knocked into a pit of lava by a ghast? Or gone exploring the end only to get sent falling to your doom by a self conscious enderman? Well boy do I have a solution for you! Introducing the Levitation Potion, a solution that’s “lighter than air”. All you need to do is “borrow” some shulker pearls from some willing donors and blamo! You’ve got yourself a high rising solution to any sinking situation. So go and grab yourself a Levitation Potion today! I’ve seen this Idea for a while now but it’s never been with a practical drop accompanied with the potion to make it practical. I was thinking that the item be a bit late game, more on par with the elytra since it has so many uses to balence out the gameplay. That accompanied with the rare drop rate of the shulker pearl (akin to the phantom membranes) would surely be a great addition without messing up the balence of the game. I was also considering the glow stone dust and the red stone dust. The former would speed up the ascent of the effect, while the red stone would just lengthen the duration. Once a good balence between the two options is settled on, it would no doubt be a life-saver and a useful item to late game players.
