New cave mob; wraith

this is based on Minecraft dungeons, this is a ghost skeleton that can levitate. it can generate either in dungeons or cave structures. since it is a ghost it can get through walls like vex and also its from the souls so it can also spawn on Soul Sand valley. its power cast a 3 by 3 Soul fire at you
