Netherite as brewing catalyst

1.16 added netherite into the game, but players only mine a very small amount to upgrade armor and tools. Therefore, it is the perfect substance to be used as a catalyst for potion brewing. The catalyst is made by brewing netherite with awkward potions and is added to the catalyst slot, filling 100 catalyst levels per bottle. Players can adjust the level from 1 (brewing time: 10 sec) to 4 (1 sec) and the probability of side effects will also increase with the amount of catalyst added. For example, a player is trying to brew fire resistance potions, but they need to leave quickly, they can add 4 levels of catalyst and get the potion, but it gives the player nausea and weakness. Or you are trying to poison somebody quickly, but it gives the victim speed for them to run away quickly.
