This mechanic would work both visually and could add some new fun to the game. You should be able to place a teapot(sort of like a flower pot) and then be able to brew tea in it. The tea could be used as a natural repellant towards Phantoms. Phantoms come after you if you do not sleep, so the tea should be able to deter them from you for a limited amount of time. Depending on the strength of the tea(sort of like how potion effects can have stronger variants) will determine the amount of time phantoms don’t follow you. The strength of the tea is determined by what ingredients(such as flowers) are used. When the tea is brewed it would look like a small wooden cup with water that has a slight green or purple tint. The teapot should obviously we wooden as well. I think this would look great in builds and it would be a good edition to play with in survival. Maybe in the future tea could also determine how specific mobs or entities act towards the player by brewing different variants. Obviously it would require a significant amount of flowers or whatever you are using to brew the tea to make a cup of tea. This would also fix the issue of having a lot of flowers randomly in survival and not knowing what to do with them. That’s my suggestion and I hope that you all like it!
