Let snowcapped peaks be peakier

The title is straightforward. Currently snowcapped peaks, along with lofty peaks, are less likely to have high and jagged peaks. I think this should be changed so that snowcapped peaks are more likely to be high and jagged like the stony peaks. Maybe not as likely. Or maybe the snowcapped peaks being tall and jagged should be more likely, and stony peaks less. Just so the most abundant areas emeralds generate aren't as often exposed to the surface and we gotta tunnel into the mountains to find them. I also just want more peaky peaks in the game.
