Shields in Minecraft dungeons

Pls add shields to Minecraft dungeons! Right now I only have a totem that provides a bit of protection from RANGED mobs. I think if there is a shield it should last about 20 hits and then have a cool down BUT, it should be in the category of equipment. Thank you for reading this.

    I agree but maybe you can get different ones and different cover.

    What kinds of hits would protect you from? If you had this in a boss fight you could beat them without taking damage which seems a bit OP.
