Post-December 2020 Microsoft accounts get capes

Recently, I had to Migrate. The burchase was made befre december, and I paitently wated for the cape. Turns Out, that the records say I did it December 2nd... This Made me confuse because the MC support told me this. Now, I have migrated, and didnt get the cape. My friend got the cape and he purchased it the same day. It says I have always had a microsoft account. So, Mojang, If Mojang you are, Make A cape For Post December purchases Please. (And final note make it just as cool?)
