Visually distinct empty command blocks

Quite simple, if a command block doesn't have a command inside of it, the lights on the side of the block appear dark, as though turned off.

    Or if the command blocks are off. Pretty good idea.

    Maybe the lights could indicate the state of the command as well, like red for an invalid command and green for a valid one
