Salmon becoming a Red Dragon

A mechanic where if a Salmon swims successfully to the top of a water source in a mountain/extreme hills variant that it will become a Red Dragon as a reference to Japanese mythology. Naturally, due to the nature of Salmon AI, it wouldn't be easy to come by.When encountered, it can be obtained via feeding it with a golden carrot. A saddle would be needed to ride it as well. It would act as limited flying akin to using fireworks on an Elytra, but it would still be useful for going long distances.
