idea for a frostbite enchantment

so with the addition of the new podwered snow block, i think its safe to say we need a few more enchantments, such as: a frost bite enchantment that would give you slowness 1, and it could be used on anything fromm melee to long-range items/weapons. But how would you obtain it? I was thinking that when you find a biome with powdered snow, you could posimbly find a structure, and it could be hidden under the snow so you would have to serach in it for a secret entrance, and you would have to defeat a mob. I know that the iceoliger lost the vote. BUT! This enchantment would be awesome to add in the game and could be great with pvp and it would be hard to get! and you can not have it with fire aspect. But if the iceoliger does not get added in, then mabe this enchatment could! Also maybe frost walker could be used to walk on powder snow.
