Extra hardcore

If you enjoy Hardcore Minecraft than you might want a more challenging version so what if Minecraft added an Extra Hard Hardcore where of you lose health the only way to regenerate it is with a golden Apple or neutral mobs are always hostile and totems of undying don't give any other effects except for regeneration and in regular hardcore fashion you only have one chance
