Curse of Icarus - Elytras

The legend of Icarus is famous, where Icarus' wax wings melted when he flew to close to the sun. I think that it would be great to have a curse of Icarus where if the player flies above Y 75 the elytra loses durability rapidly as long as the player's Y level is above 75. Also, the elytra will start descending, this cannot be prevented with rockets.  I think the book for the Curse of Icarus can be found in End Cities and when paired with the Curse of Binding, it will be the perfect combo to ruin a friend's sky high flight!
