lava sponge

so what about a sponge but for lava? this could be very useful for a couple reason, 1 if there's a nether project it would make things easier to clear up. 2 netherite mining if you run into a lava lake you could clear it out. there are plenty other reasons. it could be crafted with a sponge surrounded with obsidian and a bucket. to make it more balanced when used it could turn into obsidian. if you have read this whole thing thank you for hearing my idea. :)
