Update to Furnace Cooking Mechanics

There are many different fuels that can be used in a furnace, but the one most used by far is coal. This should be changed, so that the many other fuel sources in the game can get some love. First of all, different items should have different cook times, so raw chicken might have a cook time of 3 seconds while raw iron might have a cook time of 6. Different fuel sources will also have different fuel times, like they do now. The big change here is that some fuel sources can speed up cook times, which stacks with the blast furnace or smoker. For example, I want to smelt 16 pieces of raw iron, which has a combined cook time of 96 seconds. I can use a blast furnace, which halves the time down to 48, but I can also use blaze powder as a fuel source. Even though blaze powder only has a fuel time of 8 seconds, it also halves cook times, so I can cook my 16 pieces of raw iron in 24 seconds with 3 blaze powder. Lastly, there could be upgrades to the blast furnace and smoker related to the nether, allowing for even faster cook times.
