Give people who made their accounts off Microsoft the migration cape

Give people who made their accounts off Microsoft the migration cape. I get it defies the purpose but technically we should have it also since we did technically do what the intention of the migration cape was.

    Yes please because i created a microsoft account and I have no way of getting a cape.

    This would defeat the point of the cape, which is for those people who have been playing Minecraft since before the migration, meaning if you created your account during or after it, you really didn't earn the cape. Capes are meant to be hard to get, and the migrator's cape will b no exception (or, at least, it will be in a few years...)
