Fog in the Nether regresses if moving fast

When you use the Elytra and fireworks in the Nether you can't see that far ahead of you because of the thick fog. This can make you hit into something or miss the ender portal you were looking for. In order to make it a bit more fun and more enjoyable to fly around in the nether, I think the fog should get farther if you are moving fast. Maybe only near where you are looking?
