Axolotls should be able to spawn in light

pros: axolotls spawn in pools in the lush caves instead of the just the aquifers that arent as notable

cons: some people being confused by the change however that is inevitable as axolotls will only spawn in lush caves as of 1.18, axolotls hide away from light so the current spawning is realistic
