Some Extra Elytra Changes (1.18 experimental snapshot)

The elytra needs a little more rebalacing still. I feel like the gliding speed is a bit too fast, what makes it kinda hard to manouver in caves and other thight spots, so maybe lowering it by 10-15% would be great. Also lowering the flight duration of flight duration 1 rockets would make the other types of rocket more worthile. mAybe also make so rockets damage your elytra by time active and not only by use.

My final sugestion would be for campfire smoke to life the elytra up slightly and give a small gliding speed boost, allowing players to make elytra gliding courses and minigames
