Properly Hidden Pressure Plates

Change pressure plates to make them more hidden.
I want this done because the pressure plates right now are very easy to notice they can be dodged very easily and that removes the whole point of actually having them.
I want to somehow actually make them hidden so that they can't be spotted that easily. Like make them leveled to the block. And different but harder way to find them like a tiny texture change or something else.
