amethyst armour better than diamond

amethyst should be able to be used to make armour and be stronger diamond armour and give special magic affects if the armour is crafted again with netherite and diamonds

    Amethyst is absolutely unforgeable and fragile.

    To be fair, Diamonds are also very fragile and not forgeable at all in real life. They're mainly good at scratching/cutting but shatter easily.

    Amethyst could be like gold, not very strong but it looks cool
