Netherite armor /new armor update

I want wind charges to not be effected by netherite armors knock back resistance as when I use wind charges it's hard to use mace and I'm not good with elytra mace pve as of now I'm struggling and I want it changed so  wind charges won't be effected by knock back resistant since it's the strongest armor I would like to use the strongest weapon with it without any flaws since I cant use the mace without the elytra id have to go to diamond gear so I would want a new set of armor or a solution that can help like only knock back resistance from mobs or just no knockback resistance from wind charges or a new set of armor dedicated to mace or something I would like that very much
