/Destroy & /replace

Add a command called /destroy for example /destroy planks will destroy oak wood planks and other types of planks. the /replace command will replace blocks for example /replace iron_block - grass will make iron blocks get replaced with grass

    /fill already has that functional, it's /fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ minecraft:any_block replace minecraft:any_block.
    first id will be the block that will be placed, second id is the block that will be replaced with previous id.
