Skulk Catalyst Eye

This item, can only be found in the Deep Dark loot.

When in the off hand, we can use it to give to every player in a 5 block radius the "Darkness effect", followed by a scary sound. 

When in the main hand, and we use it, we launch a curse to the entity we are pointing. The curse gives Blindness for 5 minutes and Slowness 2 for 5 minutes.

Both uses will cost a certain amount of xp points.

If there is any Skulk Shrieker in a 3 blocks radius, the curse time is raised from 5 minutes, to 10 minutes.

(The name is what it is for differentiate it from the Skulk Catalyst block)
