Under armour (chain and leather)

I propose that you be able to wear leather on chain armour under other armour types for a slight boost,
this idea was prompted by leather armour becoming more relevant in the meta in the 1.17 update however neither leather or chain armour  has a place in the current progression of the game which is disappointing given the effort that is required to obtain chain Armor (which in real life is offer warn under iron plated suits). this would also offer an interesting dilemma for the player as they could choose the extra defence from the chain or the cold resistance of the leather and while these changes would be minuet it would add an extra element to 'end game' giving the game slightly more content to enjoy.
