MinimapAntiqueAtlasMod

Minecraft needs a minimap system and the best I think there is that of Antique Atlas mod. It adds a book, crafted with a book and a compass, that you can right click like a map and generates a map like look on it that updates when you walk around. The difference between this and normal map is that is barely infinite and you can put map markers on it. By default has a nice texture like the ones of games like Zelda and the difference between this and other minimap mods is that you can't teleport between waypoints making the thing more survival and less  game breaking (thought still you can teleport between coords in singleplayer). I think taking this mod/idea and put it in the game would be a perfect match
