Wither Totem

This item can only be found in the Nether. There is a 2% chance, that a Withr skeleton can drop this item, or we can find it in a chest.

This item, would create a Wither skull, and will fire it in the direction that the player is pointing, in exchange of xp. There is a 30% chance that the Skull is a Blue Skull. The Skulls will behave as they were fired b a Wither. 

If there is any Wither Rose near the player, within a 3 block radius, the Skull's damage is buffed by 2% for each rose.
