Glue: a great way to stick blocks between them

i think that adding glue or any other similar item could be a great idea, it will be very usefull in lots of situations, such as redstone constructions. sure, sticky pistons are able to bring back blocks once you desable them, but the rest of the blocks doesn't go backward the same way, that's why i suggest adding a "glue" item, that links block between them
how to use it: take the item in your right hand, do a right click on the face of the block you want to make it become sticky and the texture of that specific face (like the difference between normal istons and sticky pistons)
note: this item is soo usefull so i suggest adding one of these drawbacks to make it fair:
-it might be hard to craft it (maybe using lot of slime balls)
-it can be used only once or with limited durability
-there's no way to cancel applaying the glue, all you can do is brake the two blocks that are sticked together
