Burrowed Ice

A little idea involving ice and polar bears, criticism is welcomed

Main Idea:

• In cold biomes with spawned ice has a 10% chance to spawn as 'burrowed ice' having a ice texture but slightly cracked and a whole at the top.
• Not made by any mob in particular
• If a polar bear stumbles upon this block it will pounce on it similar to how polar bears pounce on seal dens irl
• Upon doing so loot(might have unique drops to it) comes out of the burrowed ice and it transforms into normal ice, the most common loot will be fish
• If the player breaks it they will either get nothing or ice depending if they have silk touch
• A hostile mob dying from lightening in a cold biome above ice will also summon this block

Why?

• Provides utility to polar bears that are based on their real life behavior without encouraging the killing of other animals 
• Provides more utility to channeling and lightening rods by allowing for soft automation of burrowed ice
• Adds a fun and unusual way of gathering loot
