New extra inventory slot for maps, spyglasses, compasses, and clocks

Right now the only other inventory slot you can use is the off-hand. I think it would be good to have one more slot that you can pull up just for items that you can do stuff when held like maps, spyglasses, compasses, and clocks. I think this would be balanced and help with the inventory space problem Minecraft is having.
