End island restoration

A rare type of item you can only get through end city chests such as say ender bonemeal or an end conduit. This would affect surrounding blocks when activated/placed and would spread to any endstone block (not brick or purpur) and would invert endstone to cobblestone replace the underneath of chorus plant stems with crying cobblestone which could be crafted into a dark purplish stone variant. Some endstone when converting could instead have a small chance to become a dark grey dirt which could then be escavated using the up and coming brush to find end artifacts. I would like to see this feature because it would add alot more to the end in general. I think with this idea in mind it would make the player spend more time in the end and perhaps start doing things with the baren islands. I also belive if this idea were to make it into the game it would support older versions coming into the update due to players having used the elytra to explore and generate large amounts of land for shulkers elytras and other rare resources. Due to the islands being drastically separated I don't see how if a force would infect the islands it would impact normal gameplay and due to the player placing this item it would be entirely thier fault, although it would benefit them in a way.
