Stony Slopes Mountain Biome

This new mountain biome will go great with the new "stony peaks biome" that was introduced in experimental snapshot 3. It will generate with the "stony peaks biome" most of the time. Also "tuff, calcite, gravel and sometimes a little bit of dirt and spruce trees" will generate in this biome. It will also have a good amount of coal, iron, and emerald in this new mountain biome. This biome will not have any snow like the "stony peaks biome" doesn't. I think it will complete the "stony peaks biome", and allow some new mountains to generate in or near warmer biomes.
