IT WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD IT'S UPDATE AT ALL!

I SPENT MY MONEY ON IT EXCITED TO BE ABLE TO PLAY IT AND BOOM! IT DOESN'T EVEN LET ME MAKE A WORLD FOR IT! ALL IT CONSTANTLEY SAYS IS UPDATE AND WHEN I TRY TO PRESS THE UPDATE BUTTON IT NEVER DOES ANYTHING!

    Same experience here. I have a very upset 10-year-old who is learning about the reality of software downloads.

    Not sure if it will help, but I also submitted a support request here. None of the options fit it exactly but I picked "Marketplace Support" and "Content Questions" figuring that it's at least mostly Marketplace related.

    Same issue here. Very upset 9 year old that feels cheated spending his money on this. Please Starfish Studios fix this or provide a refund.

    This is unacceptable. Like everyone else, my son bought this, very excited and it just never downloads.
    I want a refund and the game taken off the store.
    You cannot just outright rip people off.
    Will never but a game from them again.
    You all need to fix this now.

    Just payed for Weapons Unlimited. It will not download. Says I need 44Mb, but my system has over 800Gb + 1.8Tb external of free space.
    PSN wont refund because forcing token purchases marks it as downloaded.

    Minecraft says direct refund requests to PSN. So nobody is accountable and I just lose money...

    All I want is the product I payed for or my money returned. Either in my account or in the form of the tokens I bought.

    Just paid for Weapons Unlimited and when I went into the world I suffocate upon spawning. If I go Into creative mode to see where I am and find out if I can get out of the spot where I spawn the game glitches and I can’t see anything.

    i think it is a really good map and i had no problems at all but that could be because i play on an mac air that is brand new so if you get it working you will want to rate it 5 stars like i did
