Experimental Snapshot 5 Peaky Mountains are too rare, most summits too low

The new peaky mountains in experimental snapshot 5 seem to be very rare. I found about 25 "lofty peaks" biomes and only one of them had the insane peaks. The rest of them really just felt like big hills. They almost all summitted at around y150, and really didn't feel like mountains at all. Just tall snowy hills. It's a shame they almost all summit this low, as the peaky mountains are truly incredible.

I feel if the biome is Lofty Peaks, that should imply higher peaks are more likely. Because at the moment it seems like only 5% of them actually go above y150, let alone form massive peaks.

Also, finally, I feel Snowcapped Peaks should have peaky mountains as well, I'm not sure why they were excluded. These would look absolutely incredible!
