When It came down to the mob vote back in 2020, It was a no brainer that the Iceologer was clearly winning until a certain youtuber began trying to manipulate the votes. Considering this, the Iceologer should have won fair and square, hence why I bring Mojang this re-invention of the Idea:
The Iceologer would be a type of Illager that would spawn only in Illager outposts within the Taiga and mountain biomes, or could spawn in a raid inside of a cold biome, they would have 18 HP and would be able to cast two different attacks, an Iceberg (which would act as a slow, yet deadly projectile) and a snow storm (which essentially is a huge field of icy particles, which inflicts the frost effect at 1.5 times the speed than powdered snow, with a side-effect of slowness for 5 seconds. The Iceologer would immediately back away when approached by attackers, drinking a swiftness potion in order to escape from danger, encouraging players to use ranged attacks instead.
Upon death, The Iceologer will drop 3-4 snowballs, 4-7 XP, and a new Item: The frost charm. Upon being equipped (In it's own unique slot), the Frost charm acts as a way to move freely in powdered snow (although not letting you stand on top of it) and reduces the speed in which frost starts to kick in.
By adding The Iceologer into Minecraft Regardless of who won the vote, The mountains could have more potential than just having snowier snow, and could Improve the game by Increasing the difficulty by a fair margin.
