/create commands

This is a new command that you will be able to create your own commands it could be structured like /createcommand <command>< accessible by> an example of this could be /createcommand hub tp @s 1 12 14 all this would tp the person who typed /hub tp tp the coordinates 1 12 14 and all can use this command, but if you typed op instead all only ops could use this command this would be a very useful addition to the technical side of Minecraft

    Neat idea, tho you can already do this with datapacks. (/trigger, /function)

    the only reason where its a bit wrong with the command syntax is that for example
    /say has a infinite amount of arguments

    so the command should be /createcommand <accessible by> <command>
    just a flip of the arguments but it makes it easier to parse

    while you can do this datapacks, some people aren't allowed to get datapacks.
