stonier hill sides

With the new 1.18 experimental generation a lot of the overworked is covered in tall hillsides. As of current generation the hills are mostly dirt covered which makes them brown from the side which looks quite ugly. Personally I think the hillsides or at least the more steep ones should be stonier, maybe with only 1 layer of dirt.

  Personally I would prefer if dirt didn't generate at all on the really steep slopes, but I think I'd be happy with this approach too.
