resource pack updating anounced in chat

I believe that minecraft should tell people when someone chages their resource pack. For example, if i switched to the faithful texturepack, everyone online would see in chat:
"Kursetyy has changed resourcepack to [Faithful 64x64]" 

Or something along the lines of that. This would prevent people on servers/realms from using xray in secret, as everyone would be able to see and people wont need bots/mods to try and sniff the cheaters out.
